Walking with Bella

Bella the Bassett

I went walking with Bella over lunch - she had never been so calm and responsive. It seems when I leave my wife home, Bella behaves.

When my wife joins us though, it is an entirely different story - she is unruly, always yanking on the leash, running ahead or under our feet - a general pain in the butt. (Just to clarify, I am talking about my dog here, not my wife :)

It does make me wonder though - if I take my wife for a walk and leave Bella at home, will that make my wife behave too? :)
